
Pamela Rizza, MD, MBA
Senior Vice President of Medicine
Dr. Pamela Rizza is a board-certified physician specializing in Occupational Medicine and Sports Medicine, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Medicine at MBI Industrial Medicine. She brings a strong blend of clinical expertise and executive leadership, with a focus on quality improvement, operational excellence, and workforce health strategy.
Dr. Rizza earned her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 2010. She completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Medicine (2010–2013), followed by a Sports Medicine fellowship at TriHealth, Bethesda North Hospital (2013–2014). She further expanded her leadership and administrative expertise by earning an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Northern Colorado in 2025.
Throughout her career, Dr. Rizza has held progressive leadership roles, including Chief of Staff at Atchison Hospital, Clinical Medical Director at WorkWell Occupational Medicine and Colorado State Medical Director at MBI, before assuming her current executive position. Her clinical interests include non-surgical musculoskeletal conditions, joint injections, MSK ultrasound, occupational injury management, and advancing evidence-based, employer-focused healthcare solutions.
Licensed in Arizona, Colorado, and Nevada, Dr. Rizza combines frontline clinical experience with strategic leadership to enhance patient care delivery, optimize organizational performance, and support healthy, productive workforces.
