Anytime an employee is seen at a clinic for medical care I can expect a phone call from the care provider detailing their observations and thoughts on the care the employee needs, then discussing the appropriate written restrictions, or considerations, in accordance with their regular job description so that both we as the employer and the employee are satisfied.

I am the Benefits Manager for Higley Unified School District and have had the opportunity to work with MBI over the past 4 years.
