Danielle Barrera serves as Chief Executive Officer of MBI Industrial Medicine, leading the organization’s strategic vision, operational excellence, and continued growth. With more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, Danielle has built a career focused on improving patient outcomes, enhancing healthcare delivery, and developing innovative solutions that strengthen the connection between patients, providers, and employers.

 

As CEO, Danielle is responsible for advancing MBI’s mission to enhance workplace health by providing expert occupational medicine that delivers improved outcomes. She works closely with clinical and operational leaders across the organization to ensure MBI continues to provide exceptional care, superior service, and measurable value for employers and injured workers alike.

 

Prior to joining MBI, Danielle served as Chief Operating Officer for FastMed Urgent Care, one of the nation’s largest independent urgent care providers. Throughout her career, she has held executive leadership positions focused on healthcare operations, patient engagement, growth strategy, consumer experience, and organizational transformation. Her expertise includes building high-performing teams, leading complex healthcare organizations through periods of growth, and implementing strategies that improve both patient satisfaction and business performance.
