Jennifer Bruton, JD is the Vice President of Human Resources for MBI, an occupational healthcare organization operating more than 20 clinics across three states. With more than 16 years of experience in healthcare human resources, talent acquisition, compliance, and operational leadership, Jennifer specializes in workforce strategy, occupational healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, employee relations, and organizational development.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has led HR and talent acquisition initiatives for multi-state healthcare and higher education organizations, including managing recruiting and workforce operations. Her expertise includes occupational medicine compliance, onboarding and retention strategy, workforce analytics, HR infrastructure development, operational process improvement, and organizational risk management.
A graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, where she earned her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, Jennifer brings a unique blend of legal knowledge and operational leadership to workplace health and employment practices.
